Deliverables developed by Predictiva MKT become the client's property upon full payment. Predictiva MKT reserves the right to showcase work in its portfolio.

Predictiva MKT will treat all client information confidentially and will not disclose it to third parties without authorization.
6. Limitation of Liability
Predictiva MKT shall not be liable for indirect damages arising from the use of services, including but not limited to loss of revenue or data.
